Saves time and is fun
make·it is desktop automation that saves time and is fun. Automate your most important daily tasks and create time for the exciting things!
make·it for home
Every Windows user has recurring tasks in their daily work that make·it can take over. An example might be "Open my three most important applications, log me in, and arrange the windows on the desktop according to my wishes" or simply "Search for the word I highlighted in Google." In make·it, you can easily create actions for this. If you like it a bit more complex, you can also do real programming.
make·it in business
Even in the workplace – no matter how exciting it is – there are tasks that are mundane and repetitive. This could be, for example, writing a specific text, filling out a form, or opening and operating specific software. make·it can control any application and thus also transfer data between applications. At the touch of a button with a hotkey, comfortably via the make·it interface, and even by voice control.

Easy creation of automation actions Even for beginners, actions can be created with just a few mouse clicks thanks to wizards. Or you can simply use the included actions. |
|
| Actions available at any time make·it is always ready via CTRL-F12. It recognizes the application that is currently active and shows you the appropriate actions. |
|
| Easy mode and professional mode As an advanced user, you can also build complex actions - with variables, if-statements, for-loops, and much more. |
|
| Invocation via hotkey, menu, or voice control With "Hey make·it," make·it helps you at any time. Without the cloud, without logging - nothing is sent to the internet, everything remains local on your computer. |
|
| Highest security Thanks to the 3-stage security concept (Risky Actions, Keep Focus, Forbidden Applications), executing macros in the wrong window is a thing of the past. |
The special thing about make·it: It recognizes which application is currently active and offers you exactly the right actions for it. The tedious searching for the right macro and remembering hotkeys is eliminated. No matter whether you invoke make·it via CTRL-F12 or by voice input.
A special topic was particularly important to us in the development of make·it: The accidental execution of automation actions in the wrong window. Nothing is worse than a macro that makes changes to the most important Excel file due to an error or suddenly controls the central admin interface. The three built-in security mechanisms "Risky Actions", "Keep Focus" and "Forbidden Applications" banish this danger.
make·it saves time
make·it saves time by taking over recurring tasks for you. Even if you only need to open an application and an explorer in the correct path, it's worth using an action that does that for you. If it's your most frequently used application, simply assign a hotkey to start the action. If you have several such cases, assign shortcuts to your actions. These are short key combinations (up to a maximum of 10 characters) that you enter after opening the small make·it window, for example with CTRL-F12.
make·it is fun
You will notice the positive feeling that arises every time you execute a self-created make·it action in a very short time. While your computer works for you, you can take a sip from your cup or simply relax your eyes to be fit for the next task.

Features
- Easy creation of automation actions
Thanks to assistants, actions can be created with just a few mouse clicks, even for beginners. Or you can simply use the included actions.
- Detection of the calling application
make·it recognizes the application that is currently active when it is called. This makes it possible to show you only the actions relevant to the application, not all of them. For each make·it action, you can determine whether the action should be relevant and displayed for all applications or only for a specific one (e.g., Excel). The advantage is obvious: you don't have to remember hotkeys or search for anything. The appropriate actions are always present.
- Actions available at any time
make·it is always at your disposal via CTRL-F12. Of course, you can also assign a different hotkey or call make·it via voice input.
- Easy Mode and Pro Mode
As a beginner, you can get started with make·it immediately and achieve results in no time. You can select macro commands and their parameters from a list. As an advanced user, you can also program complex actions - with variables, If-queries, For-loops, and much more. You can switch between the two modes at any time.
- Call via Hotkey, Menu or Voice Control
Actions can be executed via the hotkey CTRL-F12, via the Make·It menu or via voice control. With the command "Hey make·it", Make·It is available to you as a personal assistant at any time. If you don't want voice control, you can also deactivate it completely.
- Local voice control without cloud
With make·it, everything remains local on your computer - even for speech recognition. Nothing is sent to the internet. No Cortana is needed and no Microsoft account. Voice control can also be globally deactivated so that it does not appear at all.
- Highest security
Thanks to the 3-stage security concept, accidental execution in the wrong window is a thing of the past. make·it offers the possibility to maintain focus. This way, unexpectedly foregrounded windows are simply ignored. You can also set globally in which application make·it should never become active. And by categorizing an action as "risky", an action is only executed after successful confirmation by the user.
- Seamless integration of VBS scripts
Existing VBS scripts can be seamlessly integrated into make·it without changes. The complete VBS functionality is available to you.
- No interference with the operating system
make·it does not make any registry entries and does not use any keylogger functionalities.
- No logging
make·it does not log anything by default. Neither information about macro execution nor speech recognition data. For diagnosis, local logging can be switched on via the options.
- MSI package for easy installation.
The MSI package can be easily distributed to your computers with any software distribution system or via group policy.
